It is of course simply not possible to definitively proof who manufactured this from any chemical analysis, especially as Russia is not co-operating in any way with the UK to establish who did this - which kind of tells anyone straight away that they actually did do it.

Why did the Ruskies do it? - maybe they figured this spy or the UK broke some sort of agreement as to Skripals activities post release.

Maybe it was a KGB faction that resented his release and wanted to embarrass Putin.

I wouldn't trust a lot of people occupying the elite sectors of the UK government and society in general. A lot of them were way too comfortable with shit like Barack Obama during his time in the US presidency. Could be a faction of Russia government but nonetheless, if Russian government lost tracking and lost leftover supplies of this dangerous chemical, they are still responsible!. This also makes me think if they the Russian government lost track of this chemical, does that mean they could also lose track of deadly biological agents and/or nuclear that could be used for a nuclear weapon?

So if the direct Russian government didn’t do it directly then they are totally responsible (100%) losing track of this chemical and will be in future being responsible for losing dangerous biological and nuclear materials. Russia is a sloppy, corrupt, incompetent and inept country for not keeping tight track on these dangerous chemicals (and/or future dangerous biological and nuclear materials).

I say u.n. Inspectors should go to every stockpile that Russia has with regard to dangerous chemical, biological, and nuclear materials that they have. But then again Russia being the country they are (lying over 260+ times at League of Nations and u.n), they’d probably have hidden unknown stockpiles in Russia too!, that we’d and u.n., would never know about.
