Underground bunker ventilation question | |

Quoting: Mindzen I also wonder if have the pipe slowly get smaller would create more vacuum. Think of it like ventilation on a paint booth but completely encapsulated. Give at least 3 low speed fans throughout each air intake system and one slow speed fan for each exhaust system. Why 3 you ask? Redundant safety, why low speed noise reduction and won’t build pressure or pull in water from rain. I really suggest 2 intake and exhaust points minimum and a co2 detector for safety. One breaker for each fan so it’s on it’s own circuit and easy to tell when ones gone out. Carbon filters (plenty of plans online) inbetween fan 1 (outer fan) and fan 2 . Separate exhaust fans and pipe for generator. |
