I very much would like to know what was being said at the 25 second mark that both found so funny. Putins nose wrinkles up when he's laughing. Most importantly, after his smile has come to an end in that segment, his eyes are still crinkled from laughing, showing he really was tickled and not entertaining Trump.

Beginning at the 33 second mark, Putin moves his mouth/lips the tiniest bit, while at the same time gripping one hand with the other. Bet he's saying to himself "Restraint. Restraint." while his hands are saying "I want to hurt this bozo so badly right now".
