Some of you are as bright as a black crayon when it comes to "The cop and the hot dog vendor dude"...its quite simple

He confiscated his earnings.....because they were gained illegally. Also, he'll have to pay fees and all sorts of shit now so ehh, mine as will "give all that shit up" lol. You see, the earnings are what is in question and when it comes to the law and police, they cant separate the difference between what is ACTUALLY yours (not earned illegally) and what you earned from the hot dogs....so, they take it all and you have to prove the difference to get any (if at all) of it back. Shit, im black and I get it, The fuck is wrong with you!? lol



Prime example:

Cop grabs dude standing on the corner selling drugs. If dude only made $20 off of his drugs BUT happened to have $200 dollars in his pocket for his cable bill...guess what!? If the cops find he's hustling and finds the drugs.......he's taking ALL the cash......NOT SOME! BUT ALL! you gotta prove that shit (your $200 for the cable bill) later...(if they acknowledge they took it hehehe).
