They wear beautiful cloaks of color in the day light, but they find refuge in the shadows. They remove their cloaks; underneath are tear-stained and faded clothes. They speak no words in the refuge of the shadows, as there God can hear their painful heart beats. He knows, He comforts, and He mends their torn clothes. Yet, their clothes are torn again and again, as they are trapped in a pain no one can see...only God sees. They go about their day covered in their cloaks of many colors, lending a shelter to others. They speak words of love to those around them, and they stand up for those who cannot stand up for themselves. Yet, at last they retreat...with no words spoken to the shadows, uncloaking themselves before God. He mends their torn clothes for another day. They rest in the shadows, as He repairs what He can. If a player believes that a long period of negative experiences must eventually be balanced out by its opposite, in order to reestablish balance, and advocates vigorously for the establishment and enforcement of that rule, then when the time comes, that card can be played in fairness. A game reset, if you will? Points accrued by the team that was programmed to be the victims will now be credited to them, advancing them in the Game and authorizing them to overwrite the old, extreme code. |

They are strong, yet they cry in the shadows, and they share with no one but their God.... and a really nice janitor who comes by once a week to collect balls of old used duct tape. |
