I find this funny that this same issue happened in both Obama elections. Let me explain why this is happening. the screens are programmed with digital logic. That means they were programmed to do just what has been explained. They say the machines have been calibrated and they work fine now, HA. A tech shows up, inserts his key and turns it to service. He then pushes the calibrate button and little crosshairs appear and he touches them to calibrate the screen. What he has done is wipe the program which defaults to its true operation.
