You aren't dying and you didn't need med treatment. How can you prove you felt sick? You can't. Maybe get a refund for the dip, that's it. And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it. I am an evil giraffe, and I shall eat more leaves from this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die. |

If the product is expired they have to remove the item from stock or mark it down for a lower price if it still looks good and smell good too. Did you buy the product marked down? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1165448 United States 09/24/2016 11:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I bout An artichoke spinach dip from Walmart on the 19th of September 2016. I was ill for a week after I ate it not knowing it was expired. I finally ruled out every other possibility as to what's making me sick and found that the expiration date on this product is 08/1/2015. I have both the reciet and the product still. Pics and proof of date purchased. Can I sue. And if so. What am I looking at in terms of settlement ? Quoting: Jordan 46346880 Thanks for being a douche bag. |

And with zero proof of your claim, you will walk away with nothing but legal bills. Fact is, if the expiration date was visible as you've already admitted, then you are at fault for not reading the label and purchasing a bad product. Unless you can prove that someone (other than yourself) intentionally poisoned you, you have nothing. Why do you feel that others need to take responsibility for your carelessness? |
