Woman Fatally Stabbed By Wind-Blown Beach Umbrella In Freak Accident

The man was about to propose to his girlfriend, then whamo, an 800 lb concrete slab detaches itself from a hotel, crashes through the atrium and smashes the woman to the ground right in front of her boyfriend.
