As are many of the Homeland Security vehicles...see them all the time in my neck of the woods...

Fresno PD is notorious for its corruption and brutality.

Mono hot springs is up that way, and ultimately Mammoth. A few years ago they reported a huge tree die off due to "gas" coming out of the ground, I haven't checked on that in a while, but it is very "active" (volcanically) up that way.

That large a convoy on a main drag in Fresno, someone is bound to have pic'ed it or videoed--anything on Twitter OP?

Multiple convoys, in different parts of the city/county.

One group is heading into the Sierra Nevadas , just above me.

The other group is moving to random places in Fresno, just got a report they are at Shaw and First now.

OK, I'm hoping there are some Fresnans out ther that can tell me why the military is making movements in Fresno under police escort.

It was first reported there was a convoy of Humvees heading east through Fresno on Herndon Ave, jumping on the 168 and heading east up into the mountains.

Now we have reports of another group of humvees/soldiers/police making their way north, from the Jensen and Peach area to Willow and Holland(too close to me!)

Any help or intel is appreciated!

Another large convoy headed south on the 99 towards Visalia and Tulare....

I would not be surprised if it is prep for possible earthquake action. With all the shaking in the ring of fire, the west coast is over due for a big quake. Full moon and new moon just adds to the pressure on the earth

That exactly what I'm thinking, they look like they are practicing for evacs, and a group went up the mountain to maybe set up base camp or relief efforts outside the disaster zone. Who knows at this point.
