You can tell that the container it comes from is being carried with the current and then it quick dissipates. No mystery here. Sorry.

I don't really think it's a creature, someone said busted fire extinguisher, that's plausible...but the tsunami was awesome...that was a great fucking day for the squish count.

I didn't see the legs, but saw the tail. I noticed a spray of white sea water coming from it. Maybe this creature was a small whale or a dolphin that was exhaling through its top blow hole. They claim it was on dry land, but didn't see that in the video...

There's a good number of us that know about these creatures by studying the ones that make them because they're seen together on occasion.

Yeah, probably a cylinder of something gaseous punctured and rose up out of the water. Those things can be a projectile to be reckoned with when punctured. I have seen lots safety meeting vids that would support that, I wish I could see it in real life though.
