I avoid it personally because I have two kids who are deathly allergic. I was never a big fan, but nut products/products made in a nut facility cannot come in the house, at any rate. One scary expose was enough for a lifetime. I know anecdotal evidence does not equal data, but the child with the least vaccines is the healthiest, and has no allergies. I find this interesting. The one (oldest, before we researched) is the sickliest, and has the most allergies. Formerly faint |

We have to read every label. They sneak almond into a lot of lotions, shampoos and even food. If we eat cashews or anything we can't touch her until we've washed our hands. It's crazy.
