Not really, tbh. But its complicated, though; I'm stable but low interest & motivation in life.

I'm still thinking about all of that all the way back to 2010 when my first psychosis episode occurred not long after taking a lot of magic mushrooms along with lack of sleeping, stress, etc.

But magic mushrooms cause schizophrenia? I have trouble believing that.

A psychiatrist diagnosed me with mild schizophrenia along with other mental disorders way back in 2017 based on what she read contents I wrote to my doctor, relating to my delusion. Zero physical evidence, lol.

The thing is, I drank a lot of alcholol that seem to conflict with or cancel out the meds I'm taking over years. These don't seem to mix very well as I sort of recognized that before two months ago.

But what if I don't really need these meds at first place?

Because when they slapped me with meds thinking I have mental disorders when in fact I was merely on a bad tripping with magic mushroom at first place way back in 2010. Nothing more.

Then:

What about another instance of mild psychosis episodes I experienced over years? Likely alcohol mixing with meds.

If I start to wear off meds fully so to stop, will I get better (e.g. gain interest in life & more motivation)? I haven't tried that.

What were you experiencing that led to a diagnosis of schizophrenia? Psychosis is an event and one can recover..schizophrenia is life long and has a very poor prognosis overall.

I'm sure you know that already.

Well..if what you call 'tele-ghosting' is part of you delusion..then I have it too. It's very, very real to me.

Most can't accept something like that without having a knee jerk, often religious response..but I don't know all the details of what you were experiencing.

tbh, it is very real to me too. Even at risk of sounding as if I'm still having delusion or something like that.

It is very subjective experience and if others experience similar or same as what I experienced then what all of it mean?
