CONVERGENCE WEEK THREE---DC COMICS---2015
IT IS REASSURING TO KNOW THAT ACROSS A MULTIVERSE THINGS CHANGE.

Earth 2 heroes battle against Telos in the unknown and deserted place while other heroes through the multiverse begin to battle between them to save their respective cities.

Telos is defeated momentarily and simply vanishes. This allows Earth 2’s Batman and Dick Grayson to explore the nearest city. They learn that perimeters of the cities are guarded by drones. That’s why only the speedsters seems to be able to traverse the landscape and the various cities.

Earth 2’s Batman finds Earth Prime´s Batman. On Earth 2, Thomas Wayne lost his son Bruce and became Batman while on Earth Prime, Bruce lost his father and became Batman.

Sometimes the things chance drastically across the Multiverse. On Earth 2, Bruce Wayne is shot and killed by Joe Chill and Martha Wayne is unable to cope with her loss so she cuts open her cheeks to create a faux smile and became the Joker, she is the nemesis of Earth 2’s Batman (Thomas Wayne). Martha Wayne even resembles Heath Ledger's jocker on The Dark Knight.

While Bruce and Thomas make plans to counterattack Telos. A new character appears to help the other heroes of Earth 2, his name is Deimos and says that he can lead them off planet.

Deimos in the comic universe is an evil wizard while in Greek mythology was the personification of terror and pain. He was the son of Ares, the god of war, and Aphrodite, the goddess of love. Deimos and his brother Phobos (Panic) accompanied his father Ares into battle. The equivalent in Roman mythology (another reality) was Fuga, also called Metus, Formido, Fear and Dread.

Deimos follows the path of Phobos, both moons of planet Mars.

You, me, everybody has different aspects through the Multiverse...we are part of the plan...except the chaos.

* DC Comics says 'bye to NYC, hello to Burbank; Marvel responds

After more than 75 years in New York City, Friday (April 10th) is officially DC Comics' last day in its historic homeland, as it's relocating to Burbank to be closer to parent company Warner Brothers — and closer to its bread and butter of movie and TV adaptations.

To help give the staff some time to make the transition, DC Comics suspended all its regular titles for two months, putting out a collection of mini-series in the "Convergence" line, largely creators not connected to their regular books...

Ultron was built by Dr. Hank Pym a.k.a. Yellowjacket or Ant-man. While the famous Avenger and scientist was experimenting with high intelligence robotics, Ultron became sensible and rebelled, hypnotizing Pym and brainwashing to make him believe that Ultron never existed. He immediately began to improve his rudimentary design, quickly updated several times as he gained experience.

Ultron is a criminally insane rogue sentient robot dedicated to conquest and extermination of humanity; with each battle he gained experience on the ways to overcome the Avengers. One of his most notable achievements was the creation of the android Vision, built to be a Trojan Horse and betray the heroes.

The Vision is an android that can mimic virtually any organic function of a human being, including the ability to think for himself and self-awareness; those qualities gained the Avenger´s trust. The Vision faithfully helped the Avengers for years, during which he sought to transcend its original programming as a means of revenge. He married the Scarlet Witch and for a time it seemed that Vision was becoming human.

A failure of a control crystal implanted in the brain circuits of Vision, interfered with his ability to reason, so The Vision takes control of the governments, companies and armed forces systems. After controlling the nuclear arsenal and defense systems of the United States, Vision was convinced by his fellow Avengers to abandon his great plan. Struggling with himself, severed its connections to databases around the world… but Ultron had already gained knowledge of the systems and how to control them.

Ultron returns from space where he was hiding and nukes all mayor cities around the world, resulting in the Age of Ultron.



Surviving heroes gather in the now destroyed New York City. She Hulk and Luke Cage discover that Vision was responsible and that he is being manipulated by Ultron from the future. She-Hulk sacrifices herself so Luke can escape and deliver the information to other heroes.



Tony Stark and other heroes decide to travel to the future to stop Ultron while Wolverine proposed the plan to assassinate Henry Pym in the past so he can´t create Ultron, the heroes go ahead, only to be defeated by an extremely powerful Ultron, while Wolverine accompanied by Sue Storm (Invisible Woman) kills Pym, returning to his present.

But nothing has changed. NYC and the world remain destroyed because Hank Pym was not involved in the Kree-Skrull War. The Earth suffered the consequences of war, altering the present timeline.

(See in this thread "Cosmic war or how it could have happened the war against the reptilians": Eventually the war reached Earth that became a strategic and military point for both Kree and Skrull. The Avengers became involved in the latest round of Kree-Skrull hostilities… The Avengers discovered a vast “Skrullian” armada en route to devastate the planet Earth and an equivalent Kree fleet poised to annihilate the Skrulls. All sides were determined to either invade or decimate the Earth in order to prevent it falling into the 'wrong' hands. Led by Thor, Iron Man and The Vision, the Avengers launched an attack on the Skrull flagship, somehow managing to turn back the fleet after a desperate battle.)

Tony Stark says to the heroes "Time is a living organism, can´t be changed without hurting it.” Wolverine and Sue travel to the past again to stop Wolverine before he kills Pym, and convince him that he must create Ultron with a subroutine which combined with a virus cause his destruction. Wolverine and his counterpart decide that one of them must die.

With the timeline restored, a few months before the return of Ultron from space, Pym receives a video where he explains himself what he must do: a Super Trojan Virus that could destroy the Ultron´s software.

Ultron understands that "the hand of his father" (Pym) was behind the program and is destroyed before he can create the events of the Age of Ultron.

Subsequently a temporary wave (product of the continuous changes in space-time) hits the universe causing several effects such as the appearance of Galactus in Ultimate Universe and the arrival of Angela to the marvel universe.

Angela is one of the most ferocious and effective celestial warriors out there with license to hunt demons and infernal servants. Her spear may even harm Lucifer.

In the Image universe, Angela was created through a process that took portions of female souls. The soul of a cromagnon woman that die trying to protect her newborn born, a murdered elder Jewish woman in Ancient Egypt trying to rescue his son from a pyramid construction, an African American girl riddled by the Ku Klux Klan, a Jewish mother sent to Auschwitz and a London woman with cancer abandoned by her family in the late 1990s Being souls of women who suffered all his life and her misfortunes faced with courage, created the ideal raw material for what would be one of the most powerful and fierce angels in all creation.



Her first defeat came at the hands of a HellSpawn.

A Hellspawn or Spawn is a demon of symbiotic nature created with the long term goal of finding a perfect commander for the troops of hell to face the troops of heaven in the next Armageddon. He is elected among human souls who in life showed a bloodthirsty nature and violent behavior beyond the ordinary, because they are born with the attributes of violence and aggressiveness needed to be an innate warrior, which combined with the power granted by the hell gives the potential to become a tremendously powerful demon and a general who could jeopardize Heaven itself if training is given in a proper way. The Hellspawn that faced Angela contained the soul of the black ops soldier Al Simmons.

The skills of Al Simmons surprised Angela so much that for the first time in eternity had to withdraw from combat, because Spawn not only nearly killed her in a short fight, but survived to her spear. This incident made her spear to vanish and rewrote reality erasing all evidence of the authorization of Angela to go to Earth; this was used by her critics who accused Angela of treason, alleging that she had gone to Earth to sell her spear to Malebolgia, so Angela was prosecuted.

Malebolgia is responsible for the creation of Spawns and he is one of Hell's many rulers, a being from the "Eighth Circle of Hell.” In Dante’s version of hell, categories of sin are punished in different circles, sinners placed in the upper circles of hell are given relatively minor punishments, while sinners in the depths of hell endure far greater torments. So the eighth of nine circles is one of the worst places in hell to be. In it, sinners include counterfeiters, hypocrites, grafters, seducers, sorcerers and simonists.



Spawn go to Heaven and testify in her favor. After she cleaned her name, Angela leaves the ranks of Heaven and become a free agent.

Angela died during the fight between Spawn and Malebolgia, protecting the first to die at the cost of her life. Her soul earned a place of honor in the Elysium, the plane closer to God in Heaven.

With the events of the Age of Ultron a gap between universes opens and Angela's soul is transported to the Marvel Universe 616 to be placed in the body of the newly born daughter of Odin and Frigg.

ORIGINAL SIN: THE TENTH REALM

Yggdrasil is the tree of life, the universe. Its roots and branches held together the different realms. For the Nordics this world was nothing more than a branch of the great Yggdrasil. The tree is divided into three parts: Niflheim (root), Midgard (trunk) and Asgard (top).

The original realms were:

*Helheim, the Kingdom of the dead.

*Svartálfaheim, the Kingdom of the dark elves

*Niflheim, the Kingdom of mists and terror.

*Jötunheim, the kingdom of giants.

*Midgard, the kingdom of men (aka Mannaheim).

*Vanaheim, the Kingdom of the Vanir (the tribe of the gods of nature and fertility).

*Alfheim, the Kingdom of the Elves of light (aka Ljusalfheim).

*Heven, the Kingdom of the Angels.

*Asgard, the kingdom of the gods (Aesir).

*Muspelheim, the primordial world of fire, there, is the Ginnungagap, the abyss.

For its betrayal, Heven was hidden from the other realities by Odin. So the man only knew nine realms.
At the foot of the tree is the god Heimdall who is in charge of protecting Yggdrasil from the dragon Níðhöggr and a multitude of worms that tried to corrode the roots. The Norns help Heimdall, remember the Kindly Ones from The Sandman Overture? Yeah…the same ladies with different disguise in this Universe.

During the times before recorded history, the Angels of Heven were protectors of ancient mankind from rogue Asgardians who hunted man for sport. In reality, there was an agreement between Odin and the Queen of Heven. Odin hired the Angels to kill the rogues, as a secret way of keeping his people in line.

Odin and Frigga had a daughter, her name was Aldrif and she housed Angela´s soul. It was a time of peace and progress but behind the happiness the Asgard's enemies were conspiring to conquer it with the help of Heven.

The Angels declared war on Asgard and devastating battles were fought. In the final battle, the infant Aldrif was presumed casualty but in reality the Queen stole Odin's daughter. In response, Odin severed the Tenth Realm as punishment, but the Queen convinced her people that Odin was a liar who refused to pay his debt and severed her realm from Yggdrasil. Asgard and Heven became mortal enemies.

Aldrif now with the name of Angela was raised in Heven to become a bounty hunter and a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

During the Original sin storyline Thor learns of his sister's existence when he is exposed to the secrets of Uatu, the Watcher. He returns to Asgard to confront his mother about his sister's existence, and subsequently travels to the Tenth Realm with Loki to learn more about his sister. Later, Nick Fury whispers an unrevealed secret to Thor that causes him to lose the ability to pick up his hammer. He is no longer able to hold Mjolnir, he is unworthy.

Thor takes up the battle axe Jarnbjorn as a substitute for Mjolnir. Meanwhile, on the moon where Thor let the hammer, an unidentified woman lifts Mjolnir; taking possession of Thor's power.

The Goddess has returned to the Universe. Who is this female version of Thor?

As an aside (as I read my way through the gnostic scriptures), I now understand what is meant by original sin.

It is not, as we are led to believe, the sin of being born human withthe taint of Eve's betrayal by eating the apple upon us...

But instead, the inherent condition of us being born into this cycle of creation/death/rebirth in a false dmain created by a mad god.

We are born from the stuff he created our world out of and because of this, we don't 'ascend' naturally out of this domain, but instead are trapped within it -- in an endless reincarnation cycle.

If the mad god allows us to leave, he loses a tiny little bit of his power for each one of us that escapes the cycle. If all of us leave - he has nothing left - no Light at all -- in the dark madness he created.

Thus he 'eats his children' (hey, didn't Zeus do that, too?) and keeps us trapped here, so that he can continue to exist.

Original Sin is the condition of being born from 'matter' and not having a proper soul.

According to the gnostic scriptures, a way (THE way? I'm not so sure it's the only way) to escape the cycle is through baptism.

Lot's more about Archons lately -- been reading the THe Sophia of Jesus, and today I have read three translations of the Apocryphon of John. It's ALWAYS about control. About slowing us down -- because we are 'light' beings and as Yaldabaoth had to give up his 'light' -- he is not. And therein lies the jealousy and why he delights in imprisoning us here.

Comic characters are trapped in a universe and in the same cycle of creation/death/rebirth. Maybe the most famous example in modern history is the Death of Superman.

He was born in Krypton in another reality with the name of Kal-El, his father had to eject him to space, to another reality in order to save him. He was adopted by earthlings, living in another reality, the american reality and he was named Clark (although there are alternate stories where Kal is rescued by Hitler or a Soviet Government) . As Superman he became the humanity savior and he died saving humanity. Kal resurrected lately... creation/death/rebirth.

What about "historical" characters?

Moses was born jew, in order to save him of Pharaoh´s soldiers he was hurled to the Nile river where he is rescued by the Pharaoh´s daughter. He grows in another reality, the egyptian reality. Moses became important in the Pharaoh court. When Ramses discovers that Moses is a jew, Moses is exiled to the desert. He "died" and was resurrected spiritually in order to save the jewish people...creation/death/rebirth.

is it the same history of Jesus? Is it the same history of Angela? What about Hercules?

Hercules is the Roman name for the Greek divine hero Heracles, who was the son of Zeus/Deus/Dios/God (Roman equivalent Jupiter). Zeus’ wife Hera heard that her husband’s mistress was pregnant, she flew into a jealous rage. Hera sent two snakes to kill Hercules in his crib. The infant was unusually strong and fearless, however, and he strangled the snakes before they could strangle him. Hercules life was not easy–he endured many trials and completed many daunting tasks–but the reward for his suffering was a promise that he would live forever among the gods at Mount Olympus.

And so on...creation/death/rebirth.

En Sabah Nur was born nearly five thousand years ago in ancient Egypt as a member of a tribe in Akkaba. He was the first mutant, ugly and malformed, an infant that was abandoned by his own tribe, to die in the harsh desert sun.

Baal, leader of the Crimson Sands Tribe rescued the infant and named him “En Sabah Nur”, name that means “the First One.” Baal raised him as his own son. Nur believed in the principle that Baal and the tribe lived by, that only the fittest, toughest, most ruthless and pitiless, tested by hardship, would, and should, survive.

When Nur grew up, Baal brought the young to a sacred cave and told him the secret of the Sphinx.

Actually The Sphinx is a Time Machine, and is the vehicle of a man from the future not a god as most believe. This man is called Nathaniel Richards. He was born in the 30th century of Earth-6311 a reality where humanity never went into the dark ages. After centuries of advancement and peace, the humanity was capable of build a time machine and many technological wonders. Nathaniel grew bored of the peaceful world he lived and built his own time machine, deciding to travel to ancient Egypt to raise the infant Nur also known as Apocalypse, a racist leader in an alternative future known as The Age of Apocalypse.

Richards constructed a machine to resemble a sphinx in order to impress the Egyptians. In Egypt he won power and called himself Pharaoh Rama-tut and hid the time machine in that “sacred” cave. Tut knew that Apocalypse, one of the most powerful mutants who ever lived and the one who was destined to rule the world, had been born in ancient Egypt. Hence, Richards had gone back in time to find Apocalypse as a child, raise him, and thereby become the master of the most powerful being.

After a week of wandering in the cave without food or water, they found the remnants of Rama-Tut's time ship, within an underground Egyptian tomb. Baal told Nur that he believed him to be a conqueror, whose coming was foretold in ancient prophecies, and that Nur was destined to overthrow Rama-Tut. After Baal died from lack of nourishment, Nur, whose mutant physiology kept him alive, vowed to take vengeance on Rama-Tut and claim his destiny as Master of the Mutant race and Conqueror of Humanity.

After a time, the Pharaoh finally came face to face with Nur and offered to make Nur his heir, if he swore loyalty. Nur refused and was shot by the Pharaoh who later escaped back into the future and eventually took the identity of Kang the Conqueror. After Nur defeated the Pharaoh and his army, Egypt entered a new age.

In Egypt was born the Brotherhood of the Shield to protect humanity from alien invasions and from Apocalypse. The Brotherhood of the Shield as Leonardo Da Vinci said “is a group of great men that believe in the future -- in the infinite human experience.”
