Muslim Woman Driving On A Suspended License Is Suing Detroit Police - She Had To Take Hijab Off For Mugshot - So Sick Of This Crap!

I am so sick of these Muslim women, their hijabs (headscarves), and their burqas. They are living in America, and they should follow our laws.

This woman was arrested for driving on a suspended license. She committed the crime she was arrested for.

She was asked by the arresting officer to remove her hijab for her mugshot. She said no, it was part of her identity.

The officer asked his supervisor what to do, and he was told she must take her headscarf off for the mugshot.

Now she is suing the Police in Detroit for violating her rights as a Muslim.

I am so very very sick of these women!

In July, police pulled over Malak Kazan, now 27, of Dearborn Heights on a traffic violation. She then was taken into custody on a traffic misdemeanor because of her suspended license, according to the lawsuit.

The male police officer asked Kazan to remove her headscarf to take her booking photo, which usually requires no head coverings or hats. Kazan objected, saying her faith requires her to cover her hair and neck in the presence of men who are not part of her immediate family, the lawsuit said.
