A New Hypothesis Regarding The Black Eyed Children...

A brief synopsis of what they are: children/teens with saucer-sized dilated pupils who appear to have advances psychic abilities, odd mannerisms, who inquire, then demand, permission to enter one's home for a number of reasons, who also radiate powerful imposing energies, sometimes causing a feeling of fear or dread in those who meet them. Reports of encounters with them were extremely prominent in the 1950's.

The theory: Sometime in the 1940-50's, an event occurred that, for some reason, very little information can be obtained on after extensive web searching: a chemical was created in a lab called Dextromethorphan, or DXM, a powerful dissociative psychedelic used in cough syrups.

While used recreationally, DXM has been prominently and very effectively used as an occult tool for astral travel, sorcery, divination, and other psychic purposes. Combining DXM with deleriants, psychedelics and synthetic cannabinoids have resulted in such phenomenon as psychic whirlwinds and uncontrollable exertion of spiritual energy, to the point where others around it, even those who are not adept at working with or perceiving subtle energy can feel powerful warmth, pressure and energy radiating from the dexed one, as firsthand field experiments have dictated.

Yet, nobody knows who created DXM, how it was created, and why such a chemical has the effects it does, such as its unique plateau system of effects, or its propensity to facilitate such powerful paranormal experiences.

One of the telltale signs of someone who has ingested DXM in high doses, enough to be able to perform psychic sorcery, are pitch black eyes with no white showing.

I hypothesize that these "black eyed children/teens" were simply individuals who took DXM to the point of entering occult states of consciousness and those who they approached were startled by their robotic manner of speech, hyper dilated pupils and sensed the sheer psychic energy flowing from them. It explains also why electrical equipment such as cameras malfunctioned and glitches around them asbDXM is infamous for causing electrical appliances (computers, street lights) to go on the fritz.

TL;DR: Black eyed children are creepy psychic dextronauts with drug-induced pupil dilation.
