Income tax is unconstitional, not sales tax. Once again, they got it back asswards. |

Governments can print all the money they want, they need control. If you don't remit sales tax you are an implicit criminal. If you remit the taxes you can upgrade yourself to a slave. people should demand straight up taxation. then they might be able to call themselves citizens. |

Quoting: Uncle Fuck Stick The ruling cast a spotlight on the national debate on whether additional charges should be collected for online transactions to create a level playing field between Internet retailers and their traditional counterparts; it marked the first time a court has dismissed an Internet sales-tax law in one of the 18 states that have enacted them. Did the govt put a tax on horseless carriages to make a level playing field for buggy whip manufacturers? If brick and mortar is dying, then so be it. You can't fight progress. The govt has no business doing this. |

They've been trying to find a way to tax the net since the 90s. when they were able to get things taxed if a business has a location in your state even if the items are purchased on the net, really seemed the beginning of full taxation...hurrah for this ruling it gives hope! Oh those old days of the net, after bbs and those slow phone modems not in the computer but before all the b.s. 5* |

So what is REALLY going on here? |

They ignore when it hurts their power. That is why this ruling is so confusing. Must be a ruse. I don't trust ANY of these criminal bastards! Robes. Badges. Elections. They all produce self serving, greedy tyrants. |

In January I`m taking my trade union pension and moving to Florida -no state tax there-.The online tax break is great news for sellers on E-bay etc. But the taxes in this state are some of the worst in the country, property tax ,sales tax, (within state) and a flat 5% state tax on wages, thats on top of the tax on gasoline, alcohol and cigs. This state is broke and sucks ass.--I`m movin` to FLA.It cannot be worse. |

Like so many other welfare states, they are broke. The state supreme courts always rule in the favor of whats best for business...in my most humble opinion.
