[ This so does not make semse. Ofcourse there are worse people off and we can always be grateful for what we do have. But because someone is suffering more does it mean that you are not suffering? Is there a gradation in pain? So we all have to suffer in silence because some peole are worse off? So if you are sick and suffering do not complain but be happy because someone else may be dying?? If she were on Hud, she would have had to put in an application with HUD to get on the waiting list, then went to several meetings where she signed on the dotted line on many pages where counselors ask whether she understands what the rules are.
HUD has 3 basic programs and you have to voluntarily sign up for them.
Tax credit housing is not HUD.
