i know a old lady who lives in 55+ area. everyone buys their modular homes but they have very strict rules for keeping up the surroundings and everyone pays a fee too. she has told me how their incomes drop and cost of living goes up and she herself after being a business women can barely afford to live and as she has aged needs more help to keep up not just the inside but all the demands on the outside.. it a tough row to hoe if you get old or sick and specially both without family or financial means.my week is long heavy demands little sleep my elderly parents are right down the street. they are getting too old to live in there but my father refuses to move and i respect that. i do everything i can to help them and their fiances are good but they don't trust many people because they are so vulnerable.so i do hiring too,my parents cleaning lady is getting too old to really clean but they won't let her go because she needs the income.
