Actually, if you really stop and think about it, it seems rather suspicious that this would occur someplace like Spokane, and the target chosen (89 year old vet) was one that would provoke a LOT of outrage.

If I were a conspiracy "theorist", I would be thinking that this was possibly an intentional effort to spark something. Usually, blacks will do this kind of thing where they KNOW they can get away with it, without any repercussions.
