Sheriff of SAID county has no care. Who are THE PEOPLE OF CAPITALS? Quoting: Motion & Rest Opinion: If consent is given by the Sheriff of the Country, for the rendition of treasonous terrorist, then it would seem to be ok, if the Laws of both Countries are maintained during arrest. If extradition Laws apply, then a deportation can occur, and if the Sheriff is having a hard time deporting such treasonous terrorist, that Sheriff may call on another Sheriff to assist him in deporting that treasonous terrorist from their shores, and into proper custody. |
