It's Rememberance Day today so I'm posting a song dedicated to those who risk their lives to make ours better...

Does anyone else have a song they can dedicate to our troops?

This one is so appropriate for today's world.. and it's from 1965.

NOT ONE person in the military is doing ANYTHING to "make our lives better" . . . are you kidding with this fake patriotic garbage?

No AC, I'm not kidding. These guys are fighting for what they believe will make our lives better and safer.. the fact that the government has them fighting wars we don't like doesn't change the fact that they are, for the most part, very honourable and brave guys, doing the best that they can do.
They deserve our thanks.

Too bad America is falling prey to TPTB who have been trying to divide the nation for so long.. my fear is that TPTB are winning that battle.
Many men died and got wounded, thinking they were doing what was best for their country.. don't let their sacrifice be in vain.
My dream is that TPTB lose that battle, and that America can stand united to face their adversaries.
