aren't "conspiracy to incite crime" or "commissioning murder" within the US considered criminal acts under US law. As such can not the US invoke extradition clauses on the person responsible.

Let me just state that I'm a big supporter of the US and the American people but I'm sorry to say that your statement has no basis in reality ! Do you even realize what 20 megatons actually mean, in terms of area of impact and fallout radius !?!

The US will never use a 20 megaton nuclear bomb in the middle east (I'm not sure you guys even have such a high yield device in your arsenal) for so many reasons... ! The main reason is the fallout from such an explosion would cover big parts of Russia and Europe as well not to mention the effects on the earth as a whole would be devastating !

I do agree with the fact that perhaps, eventually the US will deal with Pakistan one way or another but not with a 20 megaton nuke...that's ludicrous !
