If you live in a cold climate, you don't want a great big dong sticking out that's liable to get its tip frozen off. In nice warm Africa, that's not a problem. Meanwhile, my brief Google research on the topic finds sources that are highly equivocal on the subject - i.e., there's little evidence for significant penis size variations among races. |
