They may have ties to theft rings in larger cities, whereas they get a cut when snitching on who has a safe, or nice things in the house, how well it is guarded etc.

Lots of times they will have deals cut with the local government for snitching if they see pot or guns or something they can bust you for. There was one guy I read about, he did gun restoration and had chemicals he got snitched out by someone who came in the house and ended up being raided by swat. All kinds of stupid shit like that.

I do not want ANY repairmen in my house. We might have a cable installer come in for internet, but I make sure I know where the hookups are and I direct him to that, and I keep everything out of sight and make sure he stays in the room he's supposed to install in. Even I hate it and don't want him in my house. It's sad that it's come to that.
