Even our St. Bernard misses her companion of 9.5 years and searched the house daily trying to find her friend Red Dog we have a new puppy now and our aging St. Bernard lavishes much attention upon him. Sorry to hear of your loss. Thank you, our Red Dog was an Australian Cattle Dog (Queensland Heeler) who was over 17 years old, she took our St. Bernard under her wings, and taught her much as Alex the Shep/Rott cross did for her. For us she was a homeless abused dog who adopted us, taught us much on her road to recovery, and was a gentle loving dog always. |

It will be one month tomorrow and I still shed tears cause I miss him so much. But, at least if the SHTF, I won't have to worry about him suffering or getting hurt. I hope your dog lives a very long and healthy life. |

And crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance. Few are willing to embrace the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential vital quality for those who seek to change a world that yields most painfully to change. You can't convince me that the American People actually do after this shit has been going on for almost exactly 10 FUCKING YEARS NOW. It's so much worse than fucking Vietnam it's not even a parody at this point. Oh, they're VOLUNTEERS they say, so fuck them. They volunteered, so it makes it OK to send them back for 7, 8 or 9 combat tours. They're volunteers so fuck them, they should have known that we were a country of bloodthirsty cowards when they volunteered. Last Edited by Amazing Stevo on 08/25/2011 09:43 AM |

It has been five years and not a day goes by that I don't think about her or miss her. The picture here tore out my heart, again because if the love dogs give to us. |
