thankful to spend time together after a busy week. It is a very special day for us, and can see why Jesus said the Sabbath was made for man.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1464558

Indeed- the Sabbath was made for man:

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

And, it is wonderful that you are able to spend one day out of seven with those you love.

But, it seems sad that there are six other days when you can't.

Re: You silly Sabbath Observers............
yes we rest in the work of the Son. Jesus Christ/the Word of God came so that we might be saved.

"...For God so loved the world that He gave His Only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved..."

We rest our soul in that truth and look forword to the Lord's return

we rest our physical bodies on the 7th day...as long as we are still in them, till we are changed in a twinkling of an eye. We rest our minds and distracting activities that this world offers and remember that one day there will be a new heaven and a new earth and it will be peaceful...no more tears no more pain....All because God sent His Son to save us.

The 7th day rest (Sabbath) is a blessing to us(my family) from the Father, and we praise Him for it in Christ our Lord

This also seems sad.

You only get one day out of seven with those you love, and you can't enjoy a little game of tennis (or football, or hiking) or whatever you might enjoy....

You already said no electronics- so a movie with the family must be out of the question.

Re: You silly Sabbath Observers............
What makes you think that we can only spend 1 day with those we love and not the other 6?

The Sabbath is a day of rest, as in physical rest; a period of health regeneration.

Of course those who follow the Commandments keep holy, communicate and worship everyday. Those who are dilligent in doing so also follow Shema day in and day out.

Matthew 24:3,4,20

[3] And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

[4] And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

[20] But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

OP, you spend so much time on GLP Sabbath and pro Paul threads trying to discredit those who observe the Sabbath, what profit is it to you?

Yes, I am aware that your beloved Paul said you don't have to observe the Sabbath but as I just offered to you the scripture where Yahushua (Jesus) himself said to observe it. Are you really going to say that Paul is above Jesus?

bills to pay....we still work while passing through, different work schedules, makes it like passing ships in the night, lol

We are still looking forward to that new heaven and that new earth

And We love the Truth/Lord Jesus Christ/the WORD of God

My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 2And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

3And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. ..."

we have different schedules the Lord has provided those of our family with those jobs and we are very thankful for that.

We have a good life and plenty of scaddered moments throughout the week to do things here and there..The 7th day is special to us, and we don't need, golf, movies or any other entertainments on that day

It is not sadhf

I'll say good day to you, I'm not getting what you are saying. We should live off others? Even Paul made tents.

30Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

Re: You silly Sabbath Observers............
Most of this is a repost because the point still stands.

Anything that is said in the Bible must be related to the words of Christ Yeshua! Not just stand alone interpretations of men who are not divine. You must relate what is said by Peter and Paul to what CHRIST said. Unless you are going to say Christ was not divine...

so again I post:

You should concern yourself with what Christ himself said.

"If you love Me, you will keep My commandments."

"Don't misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose."

"'Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfil.
(Verse 18) For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.
(Verse 19) Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
(Matthew 5:17-19)."
Quoting: servant of The Most High 1141097

and i will remind you, that both Jesus and the Holy Spirit BOTH do the will of the Father........
Christians have had to face and realize their own sins, and feel compelled to try and help others as well.

This chant of Holier than thou is wrong and is taught by others making you think what is cool or acceptable to them.

The thought of "believe as i do" is strongly in an unbelievers life, because they feel they will be ridiculed by their friends.

Every falsehood a unbeliver weilds, is merely a reflection of the obstacles that unbeliever must face from his very own peers.

Unbelievers are the true followers, they are dedicated to fear of what other people think of them.

And because of this, they are ashamed of themselves, but wall themselves up to feel comfortable and safe, assuring themselves with rationality and laughter.

Which is insanity!

16 And, behold , one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do , that I may have eternal life? 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. 18 He saith unto him, Which ? Jesus said , Thou shalt do no murder , Thou shalt not commit adultery , Thou shalt not steal , Thou shalt not bear false witness , 19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? 21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast , and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. 22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful : for he had great possessions.

which laws do you see written here?

there are 1050 commands in the new testament, John in 1 john tells you in 1:7 "i write no new commandment"

how come only certain christians see this, and understand?????

i know y'all hate paul, but wether you believe or not, its actually the Holy Spirit putting pauls fingers on the quill and ink to write these words on parchment.

2peter 1:19-21 19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed , as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn , and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

and as much as you dislike paul, peter even endorses his writtings,

2peter 3:15-16

15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest , as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

daniel pointed this out to me....

Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

So much for the stone tablet theory.............

the enigma of paul is called poetic justice.

being a pharisee, persecuting the church. and God choosing the most least likely person in creation to go around to the gentiles, and preach a gospel of Jesus without the old testament laws..........

and yet the sabbath observers are trying to defend themselves by doing the opposite of paul....

LOL

the only commandment John gave us was an old one, to love one another.......

he wasnt telling us to do the old commandments other than what the Lord stated already. its a new contract, one of grace, not the law of the torah.

galatians 3:10

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written , Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. 11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

Romans 14:5

5 One man esteemeth one day above another : another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

and heres the nail in y'all's coffin.............

acts 15:5-6, for one, Luke wrote acts. for another, read is very carefully.

5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed , saying , That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses. 6 And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.

and heres their decision...............

7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up , and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe . 8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness , giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; 9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear ? 11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved , even as they.
 Quoting: Sword0fGideon

The Holy Spirit doesn't work like what I bolded above. Paul was a very confused person about God as was everyone then and is everyone still now. While there are beings including ones Holy spirit inside of one, the Father Fragment, the SPIRIT OF TRUTH which was bestowed on Pentecost, is not the Holy Spirit the 3rd person of the Trinity. It does not motivate writings thru people, or run the fingers. it is a library in the simplest place to start, written on PHOTONS and injected into the genetic mind of earth. YOu an thus consult it, as to what is truth particularly in the nature of God. Paul had not ability and it shows to READ these records and get feed back from them.

YOu ones use the word Holy spirit to mean 1: the Father Fragment inside of your minds, which is FIRST PERSON. 2. the Spirit of Truth which is a gift of Michael and Nebadonia, and thus TRIUNE in nature. 3. The MOther Spirit of our sector of the creation. Who is a daughter of the Infinite Spirit, and thus 3rd person of the Trinity for our universe.

Peter lived by the 10C law of God as did all the rest of Christianity at the time, as Jesus commanded saying "if you love me keep my commandments."

Grace is what we receive when we repent of sin. The Jews had the sacrificial system. Sin is transgression of the law.

WELL HECK YEAH!!!!

IF THE SABBATH OBSERVERS HAVE CANDICES APPROVAL, THEN CARRY ON!!!

AND HERE

I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews

PETER WAS LVING NOT BY THE LAW
BUT BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST

But changed when some Jews spied in and were preaching wrongly

guess you missed this post by ac 6164 on page 2????

Peter lived by the 10C law of God as did all the rest of Christianity at the time, as Jesus commanded saying "if you love me keep my commandments."

Grace is what we receive when we repent of sin. The Jews had the sacrificial system. Sin is transgression of the law.

 Quoting: Sword0fGideon

The Holy Spirit of Nebadon really does partner with Michael of Nebadon. The Spirit of Truth which you confuse with Holy Spirit , oh shit, I fuck give it up. Go read my above post. And the law of moses was not interpreted carefully. EVERY SINGLE DAY IS GOD"S DAY PEOPLE. The THUGS mUCKED THAT UP to keep you ones going to church.

THIS IS the LAW and Moses was given well more than 10 beloveds and it says even in your messed up bible that the law would be given again before the end times. There are 18 basic laws, plus two that superceed them, in order, so you know how to use the other 18. And every single one of them is common sense. Nature does not rest, and there is no sabbath day, it is a creation of man, but you are to rest as needed by you. The law is often given in the early days of this world, that man needs a day off and should not be forced to labor 7 days a week. You can take off what ever day suits you and you employer or take off parts of days. I RARELY take a day off my work, I take parts to do other work like washing dishes, coming up shortly in fact, the kitchen needs me today before I cook in it again.

5. REMEMBER GOD'S "DAY" AND KEEP IT HOLY.

Now within the "so-called" Christian Bible, this law has been interpreted as "A" day and the day that was chosen by HUMANS was the one called SUNDAY and also called "The Sabbath". This was the day which HUMANS said that NO work could be done and you must go to THEIR Church and pray, repent and give thanks because this was God's day. We must tell you this is not correct because ALL days in the Kingdom of God and The Creation are HIS. This means you must keep ALL of your Days HOLY in reverence to THE DIVINE HOLY ONE PRESENCE OF GOD WITHIN ALL OF THE CREATION. EVERY day you must, as a part of your prayer, acknowledge and give thanks and HONOR unto God and The Creation for ALL the blessings of abundance, Wisdom and LIFE which THE FATHER WITHIN YOU has bestowed upon you. Remember this about the true purpose and POWER of Prayer and Meditation. PRAYER is Asking for guidance from the Father within for WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW IN ORDER TO SUSTAIN IN HIS SERVICE, "AND IN ALL THINGS, FATHER, NOT MY WILL, BUT THINE WILL BE DONE." MEDITATION then is RECEIVING that information from the Father within to sustain in HIS service. Eventually, YOU will ALL be in a constant state of meditation and commu nion (mutual participation or sharing) with the Divine Father within.

Now, Sunday has also been called God's day of rest. This is not logical. What about the farmer who has animals and his fields to tend? This is not to say that you cannot rest. But your rest may be on a Monday or a Wednesday or maybe just an hour or two each day. It will be different for every human depending on the conditions of his service to God. WHEN the cycle of time comes when all is returned to the ONE of THE CRE ATION, there is a period of what might be termed as "rest". This means that life as you know it in this illusion will cease to exist. It is one of the Great Mysteries which measures in cycles the ebb and flow of THE ONE DIVINE SOURCE OF ALL THAT IS. Until that time, GOD within you will guide you as to when the necessary times of rest are for you.

************************
these rest start HERE and I am working on another thread about these and more. you ones if you would use your MINDs and YOUR COMMON sense, would have so much less trouble with god concepts. You are programmed, every one who had attended and about the church stories. YOU WRITE YOUR OWN PATH people. That is the ONLY WAY IT IS DONE. YOU ARE GIVEN GUIDELINES and if this planet was not so backward, you would not need to have them given to you. YOu need them given because OF RELIGION WHICH HAS CORRUPTED YOUR ABILITIES TO THINK FOR YOURSELF< so we keep trying to fill in the holes.

Thread: Selections from the Phoenix Journals. (Page 7) I am not the author of the above by the way, it and those n the thread above are found in PHoenix Journal #27 and are given by several masters who are close to God and I think Esu is involved but I forget.

 Quoting: James 1466220

Indeed:

In fact, there are 85 references in Acts on the apostles keeping the Sabbath.

I'll list a few..as everyone can look into this themselves.

Acts 17:1 (NKJV) Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews. Acts 17:2 Then Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures, Acts 17:3 explaining and demonstrating that the Messiah had to suffer and rise again from the dead, and [saying], "This Yahushua whom I preach to you is the Messiah." Acts 17:4 And some of them were persuaded; and a great multitude of the devout Greeks, and not a few of the leading women, joined Paul and Silas

Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.

Acts 13:13 (NKJV) Now when Paul and his party set sail from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia; and John, departing from them, returned to Jerusalem. Acts 13:14 But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day and sat down. Acts 13:15 And after the reading of the Law and the Prophets, the rulers of the synagogue sent to them, saying, "Men [and] brethren, if you have any word of exhortation for the people, say on."

Acts 13:42 (NKJV) So when the Jews went out of the synagogue, the Gentiles begged that these words might be preached to them the next Sabbath.

Acts 13:43 Now when the congregation had broken up, many of the Jews and devout proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas, who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of Yahweh Acts 13:44 On the next Sabbath almost the whole city came together to hear the word of Yahweh.

Acts 16:11 (NKJV) Therefore, sailing from Troas, we ran a straight course to Samothrace, and the next [day] came to Neapolis, Acts 16:12 and from there to Philippi, which is the foremost city of that part of Macedonia, a colony. And we were staying in that city for some days. Acts 16:13 And on the Sabbath day we went out of the city to the riverside, where prayer was customarily made; and we sat down and spoke to the women who met [there].

Acts 20:6 (NKJV) But we sailed away from Philippi after the Days of Unleavened Bread, and in five days joined them at Troas, where we stayed seven days. Acts 20:7 Now on the first [day] of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight.

We see that Paul went to a Sabbath service and both Jews and Greeks were there. The scripture also mentions that this was a regular custom of Paul. This also the custom of Yahushua the Messiah.

Luke 4:16 (NKJV) So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read.

The wages of sin is death. We do not receive death if we repent we receive grace. Grace is not a get out of jail free card. Jesus is not your accomplice to sin. Jesus said keep the law; even restated them, saying to even think of breaking one in the spirit was to break them all.

fortunately, the first post to the thread is mine and now the people can read it and know the actual truth instead of the stuff you spit out.
