I worked as a super in nyc for years. One day one of the best tenants anyone could ask for stopped me to taljk. He was Pakistani. 30s and a good looking successful man.
Sweetest person you would ever want to meet.He was very nervous and sweating profusely. He told me that I was too good a person to be living in NYC snd that I should take my son and leave as soon as possible for a better life out of ny.
A few days later, 9/11 happened and he disappeared.

We recieved a letter post marked 9/11 mailed from Newark with the keys stating he had to leave and we never heard from him again.
We called the police and they entered his apartment. 5 mins laster the fbi was there with a uhaul truck and emptied out the contents of his apt.

On his wall were blueprints of nyc landmarks and pinned to copies of the wtc prints were ticket stubs to the observation deck dated 9/10.

His mail continued to arrive and a bank statement was opened so we looked.

He transferred 8 million dollars yo Pakistan on the 8th.

These were 1200 month apts. Pretty much people who actually worked for a living.
He was an engineer/architect by trade.

He was also one of the people they picked up a few days later in Virginia I believe.
They were headed to Mexico.

Don't discount this call as bullshit because you never know.
