Certainly works for bacterial bronchitis. Shame you don't live local i could have got a sputum sample and gram stained it and tried to identify if you have an infection in the first place.

What makes you certain you have an infection?

I really wouldn't do it without the advice of a doctor/pharmacist dick, if you have a reaction it could end up in kidney failure.

From what I gathered there are two different inhalers that they normally prescribe. One is a steroid (that's the one I got) and one is some type of anti-biotic. The steroid is albuterol.

Hey, I forgot. This DEFINITELY helps. Go to the store and grab some Mucinex, in the green box. Not the red box. That shit works wonders in calming that dryness down. And drink a ton of water.

Be careful with this.. If you don't see improvement with your meds and things seem to be getting worse as much as I hate Dr's you better get to a clinic. I did not and ended up with double pneumonia--that was a real bitch. Couldn't even work. Once you have pneumonia you are unfortunately more prone to it due to lung scarring ect.

That was my concern. Pneumonia sucks and I've had it two times since I moved to FL. :(

In this case I do know that of which I speak.. Trust me when I say the meds for pneumonia are as deadly as the pneumonia.. for instance, mine said take with food. I however, felt like death and had no appetite for even a cracker.. took pills on empty stomach. Ended up vomiting bile for so long I passed out hitting my head on bathtub, requiring stitches LOL!!

You don't want to go there! See that doc on Monday if things aren't better!
