Quoting: Nobody in ParticularI get these more from solar energy coming in, but folks get them before quakes too, seems to vary but does seem to come with large energy changes of one sort or the other. Last month for about 5 days I had the scariest heart palpitations and flip flops. Never had the problem before and otherwise my health is very good. OMG!! Me too. About three or so weeks ago. I thought I was stroking out at a young age. Never had anything like it before or since. WHEW! I was scared to death. Started to wonder about hormones etc. I was even watching the coffee intake. I did notice that caffeine worsened it so I bought some 1/2 caff. I am glad to report that I am back on my full caffeine regime with no ill effects. Glad you are better too! So right about the solar energy I've noticed that being a trigger for sure. I am so glad I found this because I have had the SAME thing happen. I'm a bit young for heart problems. For the last year or so i've had this palpating begin. I'd lay there and attempt to meditate it out... I was seriously wondering a few times if I was going to awaken the next morning...these have continued and I'm not having it as floppy in the heart right now it's the neck artery!!! I am convinced this is not a health issue. |

I woke up Friday and felt like my chest had been squeezed in my sleep, ribs and chest ached all day to talk and move..hurt so bad!!! Never thought I'd bring this up but it's strange and I need an opinon! The day BEFORE I was awakened with EXtreme pain in my ankle. I literally felt like there was someone trying to twist my foot off! After that my calf hurt and was swollen right above the ankle that was being twisted... could barely walk..then to wake up with chest hurting was like..REALLY?? I feel like I'm being stretched and pulled and twisted and wrung out IN MY SLEEP...what up with that??? |

I am convinced this is not a health issue. I'm 31, and have had the same thing last year and a half! I was always a nervous person, but this pounding heart thing never happened in my life. Now almost anything triggers it. Meditating doesn't help much. My conclusion is it's either we are mental (formed brain pathway for this), or something very big is coming and we are sensitive. Either way I'm tired of it. If it doesn't stop from my trying to erase the brain pathway, I am going to try some meds. |

Dizzy, seeing things, feel like puking, headache, overwhelmed with emotion sometimes. Seeing all these posts makes me think it wasn't just me having a hard time with graveyard shift. Weird. |

After reading your posts here, about this pounding heart situation, I wanted to comment more. I thought it was just something new that I had to deal with. I didn't really think it was related to earth changes. It started in 2006 and started getting really bad in 2008. Now, I notice that this affects me every single time I try to go to sleep. I am just trying to sleep, just dozing off and wham, it's well over 150 bpm, possibly close to 200 bpm and this very thing wakes me up. Relaxation techniques get it slow down again, but seriously what is it? I am not anxious, I am sleeping or trying to. What is that? Anyone else? All truth passes through three stages. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1261873I am, though, VERY sad for no discernible reason whatsoever. Two conversations today that were extremely mundane, and during both I had to hold back tears at one point - especially since I couldn't vocalize what was making me sad. And it's not hormonal. :) Been sad depressed, don't want to be here, in this plane of existence much, anymore since the end of January. Crying in recent days because my brain feels overwhelmed. Today, I felt exhausted. |

No meds for me as no docs for me. I have no insurance and I don't want to mess with that alledged 'free' clinic again. It is not free and it's not really a clinic ... believe me.
