I was able to come off the drugs and if I skip my magnesium during the day I have restless legs by bedtime, but at least I am not using the Klonopin I was on. That's a another story, getting OFF that stuff, it was terrible, I fully understand withdrawal now. and I wasn't addicted to it! I had taken the same dose at bedtime for years! That was quite a trip, took a total of 6 months to get off it, cold turkey or slow withdrawal was a terrible experience.

yep we feel YOU raping it and others. Those of you who are "sensitive" are ones whose DNA is moving UPWARDs which is a good thing. Those that are not sensing may have problems they wish they didn't have.

Did some of you noticed symptoms increasing after 18 UTC yesterday? We got a wholop from a straight on M6.6 flare and the CME that also happened will hit in a few days and we will probably feel that too.

I got suddenly wanked out by about noon yesterday, was not yet aware of the M 6.6 Spent a couple hours at least in bed, I could not get myself awake to get out of bed and I had a lot of sudden stiffness and aching with it.

This stuff is NOT from Haarp, the thugs put this in as a big catchall for everything. Haarp can only heat the ionosphere for weather control or weather war. It doesn't do all the other stuff atribubted to it.

Exhausted for no apparent reason. I NEVER take naps. Yesterday I had to lay down for awhile. For several days now I can't seem to get out of my own way. I dont feel sick just super worn out. My elbows ache and my arms feels like lead.Feels like someone is sitting on my chest.

my aches and pains are coming on again, big time, and we also have kind of an odd solar storm here starting over an hour ago, well a few hours ago, as the wind suddenly went up a bit, then some protons and now the bz is nearly -20.

Because of the expected coronal hole,, this may be it, as wind figures higher in them than the protons. have to watch it and see. But the low bz is going to bother some of you.

are all humans feeling this but only some of us notice it?

solar activity always get me grumpy. My husband and son were grumpy as well yesterday.

some feel nothing, and some have stuff but have no idea it's about the earth and solar stuff. Some folks do not have remodeling DNA either.

Yeah, I notice men are affected more in that way than women. The women get heart palpitations and headaches, the men just grump a lot.

I'm having a terrible day today and I'm definitely sick again.

whats with the almost disabling tiredness, my arms and legs feel soooo heavey I can hardly lift them today. also waves of nausea and sinus troubles/pressure headache. Its definatley not flu as no runny nose or anything like that - just so blooming tired.
Never had this heavey leg/arm thing before its like gravity just got stronger >> Im puzzled.

ears are giving me the usual symphony - no booms or ringing though just a very high pitched code type sound. like morse code if I listen carefully.

Very disoriented and somewhat detached yesterday. Kind of like when running a high temp. Tired, though with a bit of bliss. If you have ever rolled.........Well, that was yesterday when this started. Today I am very tired and very achy as the waves are coming in. Yet i am not ill.

WOW this so amazing to hear everybody talking about this. Today I woke up, was up for about an hour then went back to bed, when I woke up I was shock to find out that it was 6 O'clock in the evening.I been feeling for weeks this intense vibration in my head .It feels like it's spinning round and round in a circle between my brain and my skull and sounds like a motor running,a low constant hum, very annoying.had the heart flutering a couple times as well but the wierdest thing is I have this feeling that I'm feelin mother earth pain I really just have this sense the that something is up.Weather it good or bad I don't know but maybe all of this is to wake us up and to pay attention!!!! love to all and mother earth and the Sun
