Quoting: SkynateNo. They get usually from vaccinations. Actually it is a nerve disorder, from the brain and makes our pain magnified, there is no cure and i have tried everything i am told to no avail, they are finally finding that our brains are not like others so maybe this will assist with a program to let us live a normal life,, go to dailystrenth.com for a group of ladies that share all the help they can. Some truth in that--the best explanation I have ever heard was from a man with fibro--He said "Yes other people have some of the same as I do but the difference is between a good storm and a hurricane!" |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 895321Fibromyalgia syndrome is a musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder manifested by diffuse myalgia, localized areas of tenderness, fatigue, lowered pain thresholds, and nonrestorative sleep. Evidence from multiple sources support the concept of decreased flux through the serotonin pathway in fibromyalgia patients. Serotonin substrate supplementation, via L-tryptophan or 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), has been shown to improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia and somatic pains in a variety of patient cohorts. Identification of low serum tryptophan and serotonin levels may be a simple way to identify persons who will respond well to this approach. www.neurogistics.com |

Wasted $1000 on acupuncture and Chinese medicine, drank coconut oil til it was coming out my toes, etc. etc. Everybody has a so-called cure, but I've never found one myself. The one thing that has helped me is to mash out the trigger points. The pain radiates out from them. They're balloon-like things that form in your muscles. You can feel them. They hurt really bad when you mash them, but after 2 or 3 days of mashing you get relief in whatever area you're working on. I bought a book "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" by Clair Davies. It's pretty cheap - $14 or so. Every page has diagrams showing exactly where to mash to relieve certain pains. Say that your upper back and shoulders are throbbing - you find the section for that part of the body and it will tell you the different places to mash to get rid of the pain. You don't always find the trigger points in the place where you're hurting. The muscles are all connected and the pain radiates from one place to another. Anyway, it's a wonderful tool. It doesn't get rid of the fibro, but you just wouldn't believe how much it helps. Good luck to you. There's many of us hurting with you! Don't feel alone in this. |

Quoting: AndromedaThis is key, OP. From everything I've read, there's a certain sleep phase where the brain produces Delta waves (which are produced in the deepest sleep, though watching TV produces them too), that is missing in those who suffer from Fibromyalgia. It's why anti-depressants sometimes help. So avoid TV, and do what you can to deal with insomnia, even if you are not aware of suffering from it. Sleep in a cool, quiet room or where there's white noise like a fan to block out other sounds, etc. Thread: Remedies for Insomnia |

I had fibro-like symptoms: Joint paint that started in my wrists & hands, migrated up to my elbows and was heading for my shoulders. First I could no longer play guitar. Then I could no longer turn a door knob. I kept wondering "How come Willie Nelson can still play guitar and he's in his 80s?" I got on testosterone and BOOM! Gone. No pain. At all at all. NEVER, EVER, take "cipro" (ciprofloxasin), "levaquin", or any of the antibiotics in this family. Use non-fluoride toothpaste, stay away from tea, from water that is fluoridated, and all other sources (look it up online). There are some fluoride detox guidelines too although I never found them helpful. Also inhaled anesthetics are fluoridated so if you hvae a history of surgeries or dental work that used it, you could've built it up in your system. Avoid doing it ever again, if at all possible. Fluoride has a very LONG HALF LIFE in the human body, but if you stay away long enough it might decrease. Go to this website for more info: [link to fluoridealert.org (secure)] |

User ID: 79848633 United States 08/13/2022 07:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Fibromyalgia is in actuality a more serious version of Candida Albicans, YOU NEED TO GET A SERIES OF INTENSE COLONICS AND FIND A GOOD Colon therapy specialists. 70% of all health is in the GUT. My colon therapist explained to me once during a session when she was able to get a good amount of candida out. Candida is like a cloud in your system that looks like mucus. toxins, glutens, parasites, etc., cling to the cloud like barnacles under a boat. When the clump of candida and toxins harden they become what is called kernels. It is the kernels that cause Fibromyalgia. She told me she had gotten a kernel out during a colon therapy session and explained it all to me. When I was 17 a doctor put me on Tetracycline for "acne" which I think I onLy had 1 pimple but I kept taking it and it gave me very bad candida. Candida is a life long challenge of diet and detoxes and colonic therapies but you can get rid of it and keep it under control but it always comes back but you have to keep it at minimum. It is when IT OVERFLOWS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM that you get serious illness. Get rid of those kernels, Find a good colon hydro therapist and Functional doctor and don't ever go on antibiotics unless extremely necessary Go on a candida free diet as soon as you can. It may take up to 1-3 years to completely heal but you will Diet alone won't cure, you must get to the clumps inside and get them out. I know some people have issues with colonics but you should find someone you trust and work past it Last Edited by KuvaszLove on 08/13/2022 08:02 PM |
