Does anyone have a magic bullet for Fibromyalgia?

I get really bad when the clouds are thick but can still hurt on a clear sunny day. I'm always so tired but I can't let myself go to bed day after day. I'd also like to try some kind of pot pill.

This site helped me get over CFS. They were right on about that so I believe they are right on about the fibro, too. There is no magic bullet, there are too many things to fix in the body. Getting over CFS has taken literally years. You can overcome fibro but you have to do an overhaul of your diet. Eat lots of veggies, avoid wheat, dairy, corn and soy. Then follow their protocol to see what is causing it in your case. These guys are right on, it's too bad this stuff doesn't get mainstream coverage. They would rather let people suffer.

If you REALLY want to fix the problem, get the crap out of your tissues that is inflammed and causing you pain.

You can't eat the Standard American Diet and expect to be healthy.

You will get sick from that diet and there are no "healers" in the medical industry, just pill pushers.

If you love yourself, start a serious protocol of MMS and then read everything you can about juice feasting (high calorie nutrient dense cleansing that allows you to function well while cleansing your tissues).

You can do this, but you have to let go of what you are doing and realize that you made yourself sick and you can just as easily make yourself well.

Try Tapping! It's called EFT and you can learn it quickly and try it NOW. It was geared towards emotional issues but many physiological issues are addressed with this technique as well.

Remember you only need to tap about 7 times for each location. Not hard, just firm enough to feel it. The reminder phrase is very important.

Yours might be something like: "Even though I feel pain (be very specific here) I deeply and completely accept myself".

If the pain does not completely disappear then try it again but modify your set up statement to: "Even though I still have some pain, I know it will continue to dissipate, and I deeply and completely accept myself."

If the pain moves, and it might, "follow the pain" and tap again for that new pain spot. Pain does move around when doing tapping, just follow it and continue to tap until it has left the body or subsided enough for your to take a break.

Do you have any metal dental fillings, OP? That was the cause of mine...mercury poisoning nearly killed me. I had Fibromyalgia so bad, I can sure sympathize with you....

I wonder what they mean about Nestle products- what is the reason? I do my best to watch most things-and our own garden veg. in harvest season. Note: I did find that Fibroplex on ebay- is a single word. Most of the ingreadients in that I am already taking, but I am going to try a bottle.

I agree- glad that worked for you. I had a mouth full, now I only have one left to get out. All metal is not good for us. Use only stainless steel pans also.

Actually it is a nerve disorder, from the brain and makes our pain magnified, there is no cure and i have tried everything i am told to no avail, they are finally finding that our brains are not like others so maybe this will assist with a program to let us live a normal life,, go to dailystrenth.com for a group of ladies that share all the help they can.
