Any bullet applied directly should take care of the problem...

On a more serious note, you should seriously look to your diet as the cause.

Good luck! hf

Chiropractic doctors who are trained in this method, have had quite a bit of luck healing people of Fibromyalgia.

Anti-inflammatory diet, good physical care (stretching, icing, exercise), solve any sleep problems you might have and take natural supplements like amino acids that are metabolic precursors to brain chemicals like GABA.

Re: Does anyone have a magic bullet for Fibromyalgia?
doxycycline for a year or two.

selenium, vitamin E, vitamin C, B complex, fish oil, evening primrose oil

no trans fat, processed foods, soda

It's slow but it worked for me. I was so sick it took almost 3 years but I'm back to my old self.

I followed Dr Garth Nicholson advice.

extra virgin first cold pressed olive oil in place of butter or mayonaise and varies processed salad dressing . a few peeled whole garlic cloves each day with meals is good for you. fresh onion slices too. . use that olive oil on food if you use fresh onion and garlics . plain tea is good with meals for lesspain later . good at bedtime too. ..

Re: Does anyone have a magic bullet for Fibromyalgia?
The best detox you can have is to eat a diet of pure raw veggies, fruit, and nuts. You might have to do it for 3 months straight to heal; but you will know in a week if it is going to work for you or not. Not easy; but well worth it from what I understand. Good luck.

Re: Does anyone have a magic bullet for Fibromyalgia?
I took flaxseed oil for my psoriasis. It gave me a higher metabolism and higher body temperature. I was very much less fatigued.

Then someone said that celery might boost my testosterone levels, and I tried it. Two stalks a day, and it has boosted my testosterone, and my energy.

I would try those first.

Also, you have to not drink tap water. You have to find a bottled water without fluoride in it, seriously.

Re: Does anyone have a magic bullet for Fibromyalgia?
My two cents worth.

Diet is only part of the key, the other and perhaps biggest key is your environment.

From what I have seen of people I know with it they respond to removing garbage out of their lives. Garbage like wall to wall carpeting, lots of plastics and electronics.

Cleaning the air (no not an air filter) by a whole house fan also removes lot of the stuff that off gasses from the stuff your house is built out of (ply wood, OSB, PVC, ABS, glues, latex paints, blah blah blah).

Fibromyaligia appears to be some sort of allergic reaction to ones environment, the best I can figure.

Considering how more and more people are coming up with it, it sounds like an allergy to something in our environment.

Exercise is also important. A decent cardio that gets your heart pumping and your blood flowing thus you breathing deeply also appears to have some positive effects in the long term.

Yes I know running a marathon is not something you can do, however you can use a bike, or swim or do other low impact things. The idea is no so much to train like an expert, but to increase the amount of exercise in your weekly routine, even a ten minute dip in the pool (as long as you paddle around for that ten minutes) is increasing your exercise input thus has a positive effect.

DETOX is only good if YOU know what you are doing. I strongly suggest you go to your local library and get several books on the subject and read up on it.

Also consider eating more natural foods. Stay away from box meals and pre-prepared foods and go through the produce section and prepare to cook meals.

If it is environmental you may have to consider things like what you wash your clothes in, what you wash dishes in, house hold cleaners as well.

While most of the stuff we use in our day to day life is non-toxic in and of itself, combining all of this stuff with personal grooming products and all of the off gasses crap that your stuff gives off may combine to cause your body to react with these symptoms.

Pot smoking may actually help, however pot brownies may be better since you are not inhaling smoke. Smoke inhalation is a problem, be it wood smoke, tobacco smoke or pot smoke.

When was the last time you took an antibiotic? Do a major detox, like a month. Then limit your food to all organic. Fulvic acid can help. CoQ10, chlorella, go to earth clinic.

Re: Does anyone have a magic bullet for Fibromyalgia?
anything that works.

try not to think about the stressfull life you have or our planet problems

Happiness really helps

Hot bath and a walk and then when you have to take another hot bath do it. Exercise, warmth, excellent alkaline producing diet. Hardly any meat.

Know that it is not "just in your head"

Maybe laughter releases chemicals that we need
to feel better.

We can't succumb to it because it just gets worse as we loose our strength. I have codeine tablets that have no effect on my pain.

I'm thinking it would be nice to do qi qong with people,
in a free class.
If I had enough money I would get good body massages everyday or as often as what would help.
