Any browser problems, anyone?
Not to be paranoid, which I do not tend to be, but...

Is ANYONE else have problems with their browser the past few days? I use Internet Explorer 8; and up until a few days ago, it has worked flawlessly. Now it suddenly cannot connect with the internet on a frequent basis. And it appears to be occurring more frequently with certain websites. I have talked to my provider, checked (and had checked) my settings.... It is an annoying mystery.

also clear your cache (browsing data, should be under options..) every once and awhile... =]

I use google chrome and that is something they need to fix in the next release..

Ok, will try Firefox. Still, why a sudden problem. I have always used some version of IE for years without this issue.

Re: Any browser problems, anyone?
Do other browsers act this way, too? I could be typing and, poof, lose my internet connection. Sometimes I can hit the back arrow and return to the page - and sometimes the internet connection is just plain gone. With no prior history of this behavior. However, it sounds like I am the only one, so it must be a computer/connection issue I have to address, especially if it happens using Firefox. I will figure it out tomorrow.

Too many cats in the cradle (er I mean kittens). I had to recover my PC since all that crap turned off my automatic restore, and task manager, it even overwrote my regedit rights as administator. I searched the internet for hours trying to find some kind of script that would disable the feature with no luck.

Finally, re-boot. When all else fails recover.

Re: Any browser problems, anyone?
firefox is starting to have issues like this too, actually, just google every browser by name, all the same issues

I believe what we are looking at is a throttling of bandwidth by cutting services to video sites, and a conditioning of us to get used to social and alternative news sites being hard to access, so that eventually, we won't have access to alternative news sources.

Personally, I like safari browser for windows.

It is fast and just works.

It works with win 7 32 and 64 bit without any modifications.

MICROSOFT pushed out a Windows XP update today that is causing the dreaded blue screen of death for some people. So stop whining it could be worse.
