The law calls that "dueling" bro, its illegal..its even "dueling" when its an agreed upon fistfight. As a libertarian i think if two people want to fight each other or even resort to pistols @20 paces ,i think they should be allowed to do so.

Is there still such a thing as a legal fair gunfight?

Say,Trench and I were neighbors and we never got along.
So one day we decided to have a shootout.
Him in his yard,me in mine.
All the other people on the block watching it as an agreed upon gunfight by Trench and I.
We both have gun permits.

We face off at 20 paces,we both draw.Trench shots me dead.

Should he be arrested? It was a fair fight,and I lost.
