I'm 60s, but if you saw me I have the over all physiology of someone in their 30s who is healthy. My skin is still soft and unwrinkled because I don't tan. I don't drink alcohol and never did, and I'm certain that gives me an edge most don't have. Heavy smoking is also really aging, so you have to cut back or quit that as well.
