I've had similar dreams for about two years, at first once per month, but about 2-3 a week or more. Hunting for food, shelter, trying to get small groups of people organized and get them to quit squabbling over petty stuff or try to get them to keep some hope alive as we look for food / shelter. Crumbled concrete with jutting rebar, old houses with missing roofs/walls, hungry dogs looking for food among the debris, disease rampart and many dead left unburied <shudder>... wandering far by foot hungry and cold... Some have specific details, others are vague and general.

And, like mentioned above, I don't feel as if I've rested when I wake up the next morning. :(
