Drugs will kill whatever inhibition you may have.
The part of your brain that is is charge of the "moral" aspect of your psyche is greatly diminished by alcohol mized with certain drugs so the part that would normally stop this would be shut down.
Combine that with an already attraction to the opposite sex which in this instance was her father and possibly a history of incest or not. This is a combination for a total disregard for boundaries and then only your id takes over.
