I thought that Phenn has a long Cheap Eats thread, but I haven't found it yet.

I’ll let you in on a secret for the best meat.
It stays tender no matter how you cook it. You can boil it too hard or burn it in the oven and it will still be tender.
It’s called Beef Tip and it’s a solid chunk sold at Sam’s Club for $40. Now $50 since the prices are going up. But I take it home and freeze it in small chunks. It lasts my family a few months.

No other stew meat is worth it because none are the best like this one.
