Awww...so cute...yeah I would have to agree with the others Tessa...I think it's meant to be...happened to my family as well and she turned out to be the best dog you could ever ask for...good luck honey!

went out back to feed my dobie this morning and low and behold from the back of the yard comes this scrawny, skinny black lab puppy.

She looks to be about 5 or 6 months old. She's terrified of people but is starting to warm up to me :)

Dunno what I'm gonna do with her though, really can't afford another dog.

My dobie just loves her though, he's been playing with her and showing her around the yard lol.

Finally got her to eat something about an hour ago. Bless her little heart she seems like she's starving.


So strange, i have NO idea where she came from...

You'll more than likely end up keeping her Tessa, but there could be a kid somwhere crying over his lost puppy, so maybe you should make some enquiries before your heart really settles on her

Just because its traumatized doesnt mean the previous owners are to blame.
The trauma in most cases comes from being lost....being hungry and being chased, honked at, people trying to run you over, rocks.... all that good stuff

Better get her checked for heartworm too, and get her on heartworm prevent meds asap.

Just saying....One dog is expensive. Two dogs are twice as expensive and alot more if one or both get sick. Just saying.

What are you going to name her? Storm is a nice name. Kidding, but she will need a name.
