Any Kratom users here?

I heard its not good for consumption / that it has some side effects so be careful

I always had nothing but excellent expierences with the superpower in pills..

Just looking for dosing info on plain leaf, I have heard anywhere from 5 to 15 grams brewed in a tea, not sure if i wantto go the Tea route.

I haven't checked, but Erowid.org may help.
