Zetas goal is divide one person against another. And use fear to try to keep us in the timeline of fear instead to jump to one with no fear. But obviously talking about timelines and emotions as food is just place me in a weird situation so who gives a fuck. The only thing you can do is awake and visualize the future you want to experience and you will be in that timeline. That powerful is every being in this planet: you think you are in a jail and can't you see how the jail is deteriorating and falling? And you think this is coincidence and not your will being made? You jump from one timeline to another like all of us. Believe it or not. It is explained in some channelings. Emotions are the fuel to that jump (a good human can jump with ease and a dark guy can't).

I just started to read Bringers of the Dawn, and everything rings true with me. What an amazing book so far - my favorite by far!

Emotions being food reminds me of that movie "Monsters Inc." where they had to collect children's screams to power the monster world. Later they found out that if they collected laughs, it was a million times more powerful!

I enjoy Nora Herold's Pleiadians Channelings. I was lucky enough to have met Nora 20 years ago in Chicago and our meeting changed my life. It was as if she opened a door in my mind. Went from being a good Catholic girl from the south side of Chicago to someone who knows better!

Pleiadians Speaking -

Greetings. We are witnessing your evolution, and it is profound. You may not currently be aware of all that you are achieving as you are in the midst of achieving it, but let us say again, it is profound. The ramifications
of your work, your process are reverberating throughout the Universe,and we all are being affected by your Light.

This is, our friends, what is happening now. You are assimilating more and more light. This is a physical, mental, emotional, etheric, and spiritual
experience. And you all are manifesting resulting symptoms of this work physically, mentally, emotionally, etherically, and spiritually. You are
doing a deep, deep cleanse right now. You are bringing into the light, once again, all that wishes to hide in the shadows, and you are allowing that which
has been posing as dark to receive more light.

As your darkness receives the light, well, sometimes you play out a bit of a battle for control, within yourselves. Intellectually, you understand
that you wish to continue to evolve and grow in your consciousness and your experience in these bodies, but many of you identify with that which you call
your shadows - your attachments, your addictions, your pain. You believe it is these components that make you - you. You say to yourselves, "Well, this is just the way I
am." or even "This is what makes me special, this is what sets me apart". And you hold on for dear life to pain, behaviors, feelings that no longer serve you.

Well, you no longer need to identify with that which keeps you apart. That was the old paradigm. That was the third dimensional game, and what a game it was! The
game is now changing. You are now putting on different costumes, the costumes of your light bodies. As you interact with each other now, you will begin to see more and
more of yourself in everyone - everywhere, because you are all one. Your pain is the pain of the person next to you and the person next to them and so on and so on
down the line. And as you shine a light on your pain, as you heal and release that which no longer serves you, so will the person next to you and the person next to them
and so on and so on down the line.

You are not separate beings disconnected from Source.
You are ONE.

And this shining of a light, this healing and releasing of pain not only affects those in your reality, on your planet, but it affects all of us in the Universe as we
are all ONE. So, as we said, what you are achieving here is profound and the Universal ramifications, already, have been enormous.

Some of you may be feeling right now as if you are dealing with old, old stuff, stuff with which you thought you had finished. Yes, you are
dealing with old, old stuff. You recently ascended to a higher frequency.
You are vibrating at a faster rate. So all that was cleared on the lower frequencies has come up for clearing once again. It is as if you are cleaning out your closets
and have run across a bunch of stuff you thought you threw out years ago. Remember, in healing, in re-ascension, there is no throwing out. There is only inclusion back into
the Light. Do not seek to destroy those parts of yourselves that no longer serve.
Instead, thank these parts for their service and gently love and accept them back into your whole self.

Many of you, also, are wondering when it is you will get a break from all of this healing so you can get back to normal.

We say to you this is the new normal. There is no going back. Every time one of you tries to go back to the way things were, all you do is slow down your
movement forward.

We understand that this creates some discomfort for many of you as this is unknown territory you have begun to traverse. We say to you, keep
going, keep your hearts open and step lightly on your path. Be. Be in this moment and only in this moment, for in a fifth dimensional reality there is no past, there is no future, there is only now. So tend to what needs tending to
right now.

We are a collective of beings that speak to you from the Pleiades. We have been with all of you for a very long time and as always we are honored and pleased to have time with you. You grapple with your desire to be happy and the realization that you are not happy while existing within your biological family's vibration.
There is much dysfunction within the family structure on Earth. You all have incarnated into families where patterns of behavior have been in existence for hundreds and thousands of years. Many of you are beginning to not only recognize these patterns (addiction, abuse, denial, dishonesty, chaos, emotional repression, the list is endless) but to stop them in their tracks. Yes, we have given these patterns of behavior sentient life. We refer to them as entities because their energies are so strong upon the planet at this time, that when an Earthling begins enacting one of these patterns it is as if he or she is possessed. This is serious business here. We are communicating to you that the dysfunction on the planet has run so rampant that the dysfunction has taken form, has life.
What to do? Well, this is the real moment of truth. This is when you all are being called to step up and to take action. This is when true bravery is called for. You all willingly and excitedly incarnated into these families, these blood-lines, just for this purpose. The mission you accepted was to first become enmeshed, dig in, do it all, all of the addiction, abuse, dishonesty, etc, etc, etc, until that moment of clarity, when you decided to bring that pattern to a screeching halt, (here many of you crashed, needing healing and rest). Then the idea of creating a new way of being was born in many of you. You have glowed and shone in your work, and we love you for it, as we love you always. You, many of you, are creating lives from a vibration of truth and feeling at a rate that which the likes of have not been seen for many aeons in this Universe. Here we speak to those of you who have foundered in faith, who feel their fight has been all for naught. Oh, hold on, dear ones, the party is just getting started.
And now, the next phase begins as "The Holidays" approach. It is time, dear ones, to come out of your respective closets with your families. It is time for all of you to speak your truth. It is time for a level of honesty that can feel difficult and challenging as many of you still struggle with the fear of being abandoned. You are being given an opportunity here to speak the truth, and as you speak your respective truth, from a place of love, you give those around you the opportunity to hear the truth. It is time to turn and face those possessed by addiction, abuse, denial, etc. and show them another way, a way out of the fear. It is time to hold out your hand and say, "You do not have to live this way any longer, full of fear and possessed by these patterns". Can you feel the magic of this moment? Can you feel how history begins to rewrite itself in this moment as you each begin to turn back to those who came before you and illuminate another way? Can you feel these patterns of behavior, these entities losing strength and being incorporated back into Love as your ancestors heal?
When you feel alone on your path remember, WE ARE WITH YOU! YOU ARE CHERISHED AND YOU ARE LOVED!
