Is the National Enquirer a "reputable" source of news/info for GLP?

Maybe a few things right, but would not trust it.

A lot of their stories are "top of the head" stories, but I had contacted a few legit writers/authors and followed with their sources. One that comes to mind was a guy that had been hit by lightening and couldn't feel anything...cold, hot...nothing.

It seems to me they slip in the bizarre, yet true, stuff along with the utter nonsense. This is done intentionally to discredit themselves while providing an outlet for the truly strange story. This will allow feedback from readers so further investigation can be done. Since some of it is very questionable, the general public can write some or all of it off. Plausible deniability? Element of doubt? Me thinks secret intelligence agency front rag.

Ha, alright..forcing me hunh? Well, I would say NO...not reputable as a whole. However, I still think it is a good place to start for stories, ideas, as once in awhile you get lucky with an exclusive.
