I too must go do some shopping now. Online at Natchez Shooting Supplies, Cabelas, and Buds gun Shop. Have a nice day.

:5:

Anyone wanna trade some organic eggplant and squash for some .300 win mag ammo?

Just curious.

Trying to get my barter game face on.

damn, that sounds sweet. I'm eyeing the neighbors' kill deer nest. Over-easy eggs, foraging the wild.

My bro in law works at a factory and they are pulling OT right now.

They make windows btw...

Bingo... energy efficiency.

I'm redesigning our duct system and electrical wiring.

Good point! Lowes is booming from what i hear, home depot too...

Yes, some people are trying to raise home values with sweat equity and others are gearing up for the long haul instead of switching houses every couple of years.

I honestly don't think sweat equity is viable or worth it currently.

No matter what HGTV does. ;)

More unsold, half-finished houses. More loans in default. Great news.

Not true.

Not true!

Ask the FED, They are printing US dollars like there is no tomorrow!

I doubt the FED has more capacity to print more useless paper.

political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

The statistic to watch is the quarterly GDP.
For the record that dropped 5.7% in the first quarter and 6.3% in the fourth quarter of 2008. This is the largest loss in 25 years. Future predictions have been adjusted downward . Not good.

Not to worry for all those ammo hungry mongers. Barnes Bullets is expanding in Utah. Do a search, you will find it. The bad side is that the move and expansion will be military funded, so if your collecting bullets to save your ass from our military you still don't stand a chance in hell.

I hope people take care of themselves, but I also hope people don't take advantage of others without guns and ammo.

If people are just stocking up to rob others, that's sad.

I'm sure none of you intend to do that, but I'd bet there are many who think it's okay to stock up to rob from others who have.

Actually, we'll most likely get into it with N. Korea and many will be drafted. I can't wait till all those Obamabots get their draft notices. It's going to be a cold winter for some.

It's all good folks. It's happy happy joy joy time.

One good thing comes out of this though.

Ammo and firearms sales are at a record high. Imagine that.

Do your part to help the US economy.

Dude i was at military gun supply in east FTW yesterday they want 10.99 for 20 rounds of wolf .223 that should'nt be legal, any good brass was like 20.99 for 20 rounds if I remember right, they had some .45 too. I did'nt buy nothin I already got my boolits but damn that place used to be cheap!
Dozens of them. Armed to the teeth. I'm outnumbered. Outgunned. But the alley is crooked, dark, and very narrow. They can't surround me. Sometimes you can beat the odds with a careful choice of where to fight.

Yup they don't have to outlaw guns, merely price ammo out of existence.

Between 10 percent and 15 percent of Oregon dairy farmers could face bankruptcy in coming months if the credit lines they’re surviving on run out before milk prices pick up.
Milk has been selling for $11 or less for each 100 pounds for the past six months, which is about {{$4 less than it costs}} farmers to produce, said Jay Penick, CEO for Northwest Farm Credit Services in Spokane, an agriculture cooperative that loans money to farmers.

More than likely their cost of production will go the way of deflation. If they can hang on that long...
