If you are guilty NEVER talk, that is good advice.

If you are innocent and they seem to be trying to frame you or collect data to incriminate you never talk.

But if it is a simple issue...Well, sometimes it pays to pretend to be the cops buddy, as long as you cannot get into trouble for something.

*Don't take that stupid prison saying "Don't snitch" too far though. YES if you are in prison, DON'T F-ING SNITCH!!! But on the street, if you see a real crime report it as is your civic duty!

I've worked in law for over 30 years. Cops lies their ass off. The Feds are the worse. One testified in court last week for three hours about a shooting (a bond hearing, anything, even hearsay, is admitted). It was all bullshit. The judge had to leave for the day so he wasn't cross examined until the next morning. Needless to say, under cross, with actual evidence presented to him he looked like an absolute fool. Even the Judge laughed at his ass. Sometimes we win, but usually we lose.
