LACRIMA MORTIS: THE TEAR OF DEATH
LACRIMA MORTIS: THE TEAR OF DEATH

What do you think about what Dr. John Lerma said the other night on C2C about “LACRIMA MORTIS: THE TEAR OF DEATH “ ?

He stated that often patients who are about to die will exhibit a single tear ("lacrima mortis"),
viewed as a kind of final cleansing.

This reminded me of when Art Bell discussed that when a person dies they loose weight, I can't recall how much, but I do remember it was only a little bit but it has been verifed he stated..

Maybe they lose weight because dead people often shit themselves. They also will make noises that sound like sighing after being dead. I used to work with a girl whose boyfriend picked up dead bodies at people's houses, to take them to the morgue. He said one day he was driving and nearly drove off the road because the body body bolted upright into a stting position, in the back of the truck. Now try to top that for a shitty day at work.

SORRY TO RESURRECT AN OLDIE, BUT THIS IS FASCINATING. 14% OF PEOPLE SHED A TEAR AT THE MOMENT OF DEATH.

MY MIL SHED A TEAR AS SHE PASSED AND I COULD NEVER FIGURE OUT IF IT WAS A TEAR OF HAPPINESS OR SADNESS.

""In 21 of the 27 cases, the dying person was unconscious at the time of the last tear. "

HAS ANYONE WITNESSED THIS.

IF THEY ARE JUST FADING TO AN UNCONSCIOUS DEATH, WHY WOULD THEY SHED ANY TEAR?

It would seem quite likely that they were reacting to something very emotional happening.

I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you.
