I notice that it also has instructions for Law Enforcement and Correctional Facilities. One of the first sentences of the police checklist: "In the event of pandemic influenza, law enforcement agencies will play a critical role in maintaining the rule of law..." From the Corrections checklist: "Identify one or more representatives from acute care hospitals as committee liaisons that may facilitate hospitalization of seriously ill inmates or facilitate transfer of patients into the correctional facility"
