bad advice , garlic destroy what is bad aswell as what is good. remember feeling sleepy after a garlic meal , well it pass the blood barrier and kill brain cells , the result is 2-3x reduced reactions so use it but only when needed, not like you'll catch this shit from the air anyway , yet real the whole flu story is propengada/disinfo shit to get ppl vaccinated , it wont get as they expected

OK my apologies! This info still goes against what many others in alternative health have said. Sambuco has been shown to be more effective than Relenza/Tamiflu etc. Osillococcinum should be in everyones cabinet as well as those educated enough to properly use colloidal silver.

Here are my recommendations.......

* Lemon Drink - add honey and a small pinch of paprika if you have a sore throat

* Olive Leaf Extract - a teaspoon a day for preventative

* Vitamin C (in any form - citrus fruits or in Tablet Form)

* Astragalus - this is an amazing immune support and will stop you getting colds or flu when others around you are.

* Garlic in your Food.


When I was working in an office if anyone around me had the Flu I would dose myself up with the Olive Leaf Extract, a couple of Vit C Tablets and the Astragalus and I NEVER got anything.

If you have been Vaxed please add to the mix Dandelion products, eg, Dandelion Coffee. Go out into the meadows and pick Dandelion Flowers and make these into a Tea. These remove Spike Proteins. I got forced to take a RAT test for surgery and this Tea got me back to feeling normal.
