yeppers, took me off the EQUAL habit, then I noticed I was not craving so much sweets and sugary things. Lost a few pounds in the process.
It has also been found to help peoples elevated blood pressure.
It dropped mine 19 points on both sides...from 167/105 to 152/86 without taking my usual meds.
How about energy levels, concentration span, anxiety levels and general happiness ?
Quoting: equ8torenergy level the same, got a high but didnt crash, it like leveled out. Never noticed concentration or focus or lack of .....anxiety? none!.......happiness? Iam happy sort like mellow or continuous. I dont get mad or angry like I use to.
