Anyway, one thing will stop all this shit dead in the water. Arm these ships. Keep watch very carefully when sailing around Africa and when one small boat approaches, shoot the fucker out of the water. I don't give a fuck about any insurance matters. A few rowboats blown out of the water will cut all this shit down and things will become safe again.
